Total monthly rent is €907,55, consisting of a base rent of €732,60 and service charges of €174,95.
The service charges include an advance payment for utilities (energy, water, internet) and use of the washing machine.

Deposit: 1.5 months’ base rent.

Contract duration: 12 months.
