About the place

Temporary sublet available for 1 month, with possible extension, for a room in a spacious apartment in Crooswijk, on the top floor. The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need.

After this month, the contracts in the house will be reviewed and two other roommates will be leaving. Because of this, rooms may become available in the apartment. And we can recommend someone for a permanent spot in the house.

The apartment includes a washing machine, TV, WiFi, sound system, and fully equipped kitchen supplies.

The location is great: close to the Kralingse Plas and Kralingse Bos, perfect for sports or going for a run. Rotterdam city center and Rotterdam Central Station are also easy to reach. Supermarkets, public transport, and other amenities are all nearby.
