Tenant requirements
The tenant must be a registered student at an educational institution within the municipality of Rotterdam and must reside outside of Rotterdam. The floor is available for one person only.

Rental contract
Total monthly rent is €652,68, consisting of a base rent of €481,68 and service charges of €171,00.
The service charges include an advance payment for utilities (energy, water, internet) and use of the washing machine.

Deposit: 1.5 months’ base rent.

Contract duration: 6 months.
