The shops on 2e Middellandstraat and Vierambachtstraat are also within walking distance. It is approximately a 6-minute bike ride from Rotterdam Central Station. 

The double room is approximately 21 m2 in total, consisting of a room of 12,5 m2 and a room of 8,5 m2 devided by a sliding door. An own sink is available in the room. 

The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared with the two other male tennants.

Rental price: € 550,- per month, including energy, water and internet.

The room is available for one tennant only, a student. Rental period of 6 months.
