About the place

Hi everyone! 

I’m moving out so I'm looking for a friendly and tidy tenant to take over my 2 furnished rooms in Zuidplein, Rotterdam. It is available from November until 30 June 2027. Female international student only.

The apartment is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Zuidplein metro/bus station and a 5-minute walk from Zuidplein Shopping Centre. There are also plenty of restaurants and large supermarkets nearby, including Dirk, Lidl, and Albert Heijn.

You will have two furnished private rooms: one can be used as a bedroom and the other as a study or workspace. Total area of 2 rooms are ~ 13m2. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with two female students.

Registration is possible, international students preferred.

Rent is €515, g/w/i is ~ €50. Deposit is €1600 (can be paid in multiple instalments).
