About the place

Looking for a nice place of your own in Rotterdam? We are renting out three rooms in a characteristic upstairs apartment on Zaagmolenstraat. You will live here in the lively Oude Noorden, with shops and cafes nearby and the city center within cycling distance. You will share the house with two others.

There are three different rooms available:

1. Front Room:

On the first floor, the spacious front room of 32 m² facing the street, with large windows and an unobstructed view towards the side street. By combining two rooms, there is plenty of space for a bed, a desk, and your own seating area. Great if you like having a bit more space to yourself.

Rent: 650 excl. + 100 euros utilities

2. Back Room:

On the first floor, a beautiful, quiet room of 16 m² at the rear of the house, with wide windows. Easily furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a place to study or work from home
Rent: 475 euros excl. + 100 g/l/w

3. Attic Room
On the second floor, a charming summer room of 16.5 m², under the sloping roof. The stated surface area is the section from a height of 1.50 meters; the lower parts offer extra space for your belongings.
Rent: 480 euros excl. + 100 gel

Together, you share the kitchen with an oven, gas hob, and refrigerator, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, a separate toilet, and a small balcony. The former living room has been incorporated into the large front room, so there is no separate shared living room.

1. The tenancy starts on November 1st. Unfortunately, another start date is not possible.

2. You can come and view on Friday, October 30th, between 14:00 and 16:00. This is the only viewing opportunity. We give priority to people who have come to view the room.
3. The rental agreement contains a campus clause: the room is intended for students. If you stop studying or graduate, the room will become available for another student. Therefore, please only respond if you are a student.
