Only female! (this room comes with a single bed, roller blinds, laminate flooring and like the pic a similar wardrobe). It’s a big bedroom a round 16 m².
Are you looking for a descend living space? Check out this nice house in a good neighbourhood. Sharing it with the owner and 2 other ladies. 
About us the house owner is a working lady that travels a lot. She's got enough space to share is with other students who are in need of a space to live. Someone who likes to live in a quiet and yet cheerful space. We like to keep it clean and sometimes we like to spend some time together like dinner, walking, shopping or watching movies. But it's not a must or a request. Cuz we all have our busy jobs, projects etc. Every girl has her own room and we share kitchen/dining table and bathroom, toilets.
We live in a friendly neighbourhood and have friendly safe street/block with an outside common space. Rotterdam West is a nice place to live, very central and near many shops:
1 min walk tramstop (3 lines)  2 min walk bus stop 38, 5 min walk, bus stop 44 ,10 min by tram to Central station and city centre. 20 min by walking to the  city centre, 10 min by bike to Erasmus MC. 5 min by tram to the metro Marconiplein. 3 min walking to the local centre of Methenesserplein (AH, Hema, Zeeman, Blokker, bakery, minimarkets, flower shop, restaurants, pharmacy etc.)
