About the place

This room will be fully furnished and will be available in December 3-2025. We are now working in the house to get everything ready.
A new kitchen is placed at this moment. 
The photo’s you see are from other rooms we rent. It will be furnished with the same quality of furniture. 

The room is located near the center of Rotterdam (Rotterdam-West), 5 minutes by bike from Central Station.
It is a nice, spacious, bright room in a nice house. In the room you will find a double bed, wardrobe, desk, sitting area, laminate flooring, lighting, curtains, bed linen and towels.

You share the apartment with 2 other people (3 in total) and there is a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a washing machine and a new kitchen that is equipped with all conveniences such as fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, pans, tableware, etc.

The room is easily accessible by public transport (busstop and tram 100 meters from your door, and metro also nearby), is close to the supermarket (Albert Heijn) and other shops.
