About the place

Hey,
I am renting out a room for the summer holidays in Rotterdam Nieuwe West
- located in Rotterdam Nieuwe West, 5min cycling to old Delfshaven and 10min cycling to the city centre (Metro Station is Mathenesserplein)
- from 31.05 till 31.08 
- for a rent of 775€ per month (incl. g/w/l, and internet)

The room is quite large and everything is fully furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other female flatmates. Washing machine is available and the kitchen is fully equipped with airfryer, microwave etc. 
My roommates and I are very clean and the building was renovated this year.
We are looking immediately for a female submitter that is between 19-24 years old.
