The de room is in an apartment on de 1st floor (not ground level). The room has a balcony, a table. a desk chair, a bed and a big closet. This means you can just grab your suitcase and come live in here. You will be sharing the toilet, the bathroom, the washing machine and the kitchen with 2 male housemates. Next to the apartment u have tram 25(very closeby) and tram 4. You can even walk to Rotterdam Central in 6 min. If you walk 7 minutes, then you are already in stadhuis(edge of centrum). Below the apartment, you have different Furthermore, there are also a few mini markets below.

The deposit is 750 euros
Every month you will be paying 750 euros which includes gas, water, electricity, internet and register.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. The room is only intended for the tenant, so others are not allowed to stay over.
