About the place

We are an international house (students) and since one of our roommates is leaving we are looking for someone calm and tidy to populate the room available.

The house located in the city center in a very safe neighborhood close to public transport such as the bus, the central station(train) and the metro/subway. The house is about 20 minutes from the University (by Public transport or by bike, it is about the same travelling time) .

The house has: Wi-Fi, a relatively big bathroom, washing machine, dryer, a relatively big kitchen.

The room has some furniture (see pictures)

The house is populated by internationals and locals in ages between 22 and 31, the spoken language is English and the atmosphere is good and pretty calm. We do have a cleaning schedule and everyone is expected to participate, I guess this won't be a problem as everyone gains from this.

The price for the room is €410,- all inclusive (so that means electricity, water and Wi-Fi included). The deposit is €410,- as well but when you leave you will receive the sum if you have not damaged the house. Are you interested in the room? Please let us know!

We prefer international students or internationals that have studied at the university and are under thirty years old. If you have any questions feel free to ask! You can send us an email and we will get back to you ASAP. We are not looking for people who do not clean up their own mess and do not contribute to the house in any form.

If you are in a relationship that is great but we do not want to have partners over for 3 a 4 days a week every week.
