About the place

Hello everyone,

My sister and I are looking for a subtenant for one of our rooms at Stationssingel (Rotterdam) for a temporary period from April 14th to May 31st. There is also an option to extend until October 1st, depending on the situation. Our apartment is a 5-minute walk from Rotterdam Central, but it still offers a lot of peace and quiet due to its location. I must admit, though, I do occasionally miss the train, but well, you do get a bit spoiled by this apartment. We prefer someone who works and enjoys going to a party on the weekends, but is a bit more laid-back during the week (just a bit ;) ).
