You’ll share the house with two male housemates (around 26 years old), and it features a spacious living room, a large kitchen, and a garden. Plus, the basement has a large space with a bar, a couch + projector setup, and a pool table! There’s also a laundry room where you can hang your clothes, so no need to do that in your room.
The room is just under 10m² and costs €637, including utilities (GWL). The house is close to Blijdorp metro station and Vroesenpark, and only a 10-minute walk to Rotterdam Central Station. The Albert Heijn supermarket is around the corner, and the highway is easily accessible. Despite being located on a busy street, the living room is quiet thanks to good insulation, and the room itself faces the peaceful garden. This room needs a new tenant quickly, so don’t wait too long! The room is only available for the month of January.
