About the place

Hi!

Because I found a new living space, this room has become available again.
12 square meters in an area with many facilities at walking distance.

You'll find the room on the first floor and the kitchen and bathroom as well. These you share with a floormate (worker, 30 years).

You can reach the balcony through the room as well as through the kitchen.

In the kitchen you'll find a built-in fridge/freezer combo, cabinets, and a washing machine.

Above on the 2nd floor live 2 other housemates (students, 20 years) and a kitchen and bathroom you may use with their permission.

First contact will be with me (soon-to-be ex-tenant) and with the landlord afterwards. I cannot answer questions about the contract or payment.

Moving in is possible from december 1st 2024, viewings are possible to discuss with me.

It would be nice to find a good match for your floormate, he works from home and is a quiet guy.

Other roommates are nice as well.
