The house is surrounded by amenities such as a tram/bus stop (30 min to Rotterdam Centre) which are only a 3 minute walk away, the trainstation is also closeby at a distance of only 800 meters. It is a 6 minute bike ride to the Feyenoord stadium and a 5 minute drive to both the A15 and A16. You can also bike from this location to the city center of Rotterdam, this will take you 11 minutes. Furthermore, amenities such as a supermarket and pharmacy are within walking distance.
