Public transport is very close! You can reach the center of Rotterdam in about 15 minutes by metro, and Zuidplein – Ahoy is just one stop away. This makes it easy to get to Hogeschool Rotterdam or Erasmus University. Perfect for expats and working people.

Some facilities in the house are shared: a brand new kitchen, a laundry room, and a bathroom.

The room has become available because one of the tenants has moved to their own home. Please note: parking permits are no longer available, so this room is not suitable for tenants with a car. It is also not suitable for families, couples, or people with pets.
