This room is located in a completely renovated apartment. It’s on the ground floor next to the bathroom. It’s a cozy, quiet room (12 m2) with lots of natural daylight. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other roommates. The house is in total 102,03 m2 (excluding outdoor terrace) and consists of 2 floors. There are 3 bedrooms, a large living room with dining table and TV corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In addition, the house has a 2nd toilet and sink in the hallway next to the living room. A large outdoor terrace (31,98 m2) belonging to the house is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with garden furniture. Both the house and the rooms are fully furnished and provided with necessary equipment and domestic stock. All costs such as G/W/E, Internet, TV, washing machine, repair and service, are included in the rent price.
The location of the house is on a square with the bus and tram facilities right outside the door to be in the center of Rotterdam within 10 minutes. The city center can also be reached by bicycle in about 10 minutes. There are many convenient shops, supermarkets and a wide range of eating-out options in the direct area. A large shopping mall, Pathé De Kuip Cinema, and a vibrant international market held twice a week are all within walking distance.
