About the place

A cosy 8m² room will be available from mid-September on. Statenweg is just a stone’s throw away from the lovely Vroesenpark as well as Blijdorp metro station. What’s more, just a 5-minute cycle ride from Rotterdam Central Station. This room, whilst compact, is full of light and charm. As the new flatmate, you’ll take over the built-in loft bed for €150.
You’ll be sharing a cosy house – the bathroom, kitchen, living room, toilet and the sunny balcony with three lovely flatmates:
Meet Jasper (26) our data analyst, Agi (24) the IT specialist, and Jozef (26) the marketer.
During the week, we’re busy with work and sport, and in the evenings, we sometimes go for a walk in the park or just meet on the sofa to watch a good movie, play card games or cook together. On the weekend, we’re not against a good party. Although there’s no set house night or obligations, we do regularly eat and have drinks together.
