About the place

Hey Girls, 


We are looking for a new subtenant to complete our cozy little house. The room is huge for the Netherlands hehe, and has huge floor to ceiling windows and a closet! The house comes with a cute adjoining shared courtyard, perfect for a cup of coffee in the sun. Our house consists of three bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom with a bath. The living room/kitchen is our favorite part of the house, and we can often be found here. We always make sure to have fresh flowers every week and candles that are always burning. The house is conveniently located near an Albert Heijn, with several cafes in the area. It is also only a short bike ride from the city center and there is a gym less than a 5-minute walk away. We as housemates are very relaxed. We can often be found on a terrace and certainly sometimes turn this into a night out in the city! But we also like to be at home, cooking together and then binge watching series on the couch all evening!
