About the place

The Room:
- Sunny, clean, comfortable room
-  Furnished with quality furniture
- The room hs its own private kitchen with seperate induction hobb.
- The room is rented out for a fixed term, you choose the number of months.

The House:
- Recently renovated, including a new bathroom and toilet.
- Quiet and clean, with modern furnishings and very central location in the city.
- Beautiful views over the courtyards and the city.
- On the top floor, we have a shared kitchen and a balcony that all housemates can use.
In the courtyard, there is a shed for storing items such as suitcases and bicycles.
- There is no smoking, no pets, and it is quiet after 10 p.m.

The Housemates:
- Three highly educated woman from different nationalities, in their twenties to  thirties, kind introverts.
- Interests include science, literature, museums, and film. We'll be with 4 in total.

Wanted:
- We are looking for someone who is coming to Rotterdam for a full time job or internship.
- Our preference is for someone who is kind, tidy and quiet (like we are).

Additional Information:
- This is a room with registration.
- The price includes all electricity and taxes, as well as all services, such as cleaning of the common areas, repair or addition of furniture, use of a bicycle, and supplies such as toilet paper, soap, detergent, and cleaning products.
- Tenants get the deposit back upon departure (unless they leave without giving notice or leave behind extreme damage to the home, but fortunately, this has never happened).
- Payment is only made upon arrival/registration/key transfer.
