About the place

We’re looking for a new roommate to join our 3 bedroom apartment near Blijdorp, starting from November 10th (exact date can be negotiable). It is next to Schieweg tram stop, 5 min by bike / 15min on foot to Rotterdam Centraal. Supermarkets are within 5/10 mins walk and Metro station Blijdorp is 5 mins walk.

We’re a chill, respectful and tidy household. We both keep quite busy with our work/studies and personal lives. We're looking for someone who’s also clean, quiet and considerate. The apartment is unfurnished (but our roomate is willing to sell some of her stuff) and includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

The room is available from November 10th for 528€ per month including gas, water, electricity and Internet. Taxes and deposit are not included and will have to be paid upfront. 

Additionally, taxes for 2027 will have to be paid from january 2027.
