The total size of the apartment is 95m2 and is shared with one other tenant with whom the kitchen and bathroom will be shared.

The rental price is exclusive of utilities (i.e. gas/water/electricity). Registration with the Rotterdam municipality is possible. 

Furthermore, Rotterdam central station 2 mins walking distance, Erasmus University only 10 minutes by bicycle, Erasmus MC (Medical Studies) is a 5-10 minutes bicycle ride.
