We're looking for a great new housemate for a spacious room (12m2) in a nice house very near to the city center and Witte de Withstraat! 

We are offering a 12m2 room. Please note that the rooms will be delivered clean and neatly and without furniture (in case you do want a furnished room, please let us know, we can probably arrange something for you).

Facilities in the house (115m2):
• Fully furnished 40m2 living room / kitchen (dishwasher included)
• Bathroom with walk-in shower
• Washing machine and dryer
• Separate toilet
• Possible to store your bike inside
• 7,5m2 furnished balcony
• 2 of the best housemates (working)

Public transport:
• 1,5km from Central Station (less than 10 min by bike)
• 2 metro lines within walking distance
• 2 tram stops within walking distance

Area
• Albert Heijn and bakery opposite of the street.
• Many restaurants and bars in the area. Probably the best spot in the city.
• About 500m from "Het Park", Rotterdam's most famous park. (Ideal for BBQ!)
• About 500m from Museumpark. Park area with many museums, which is also frequently used for festivals. 

We're looking for someone who's working (23-32 years).
