About the place

Since one of our flat mates is moving out to travel the world, we are looking for a new one, that's where you come in.

Besides obviously two great flat mates we are offering a 16m2 room, with a big window front and a built-in wardrobe, but otherwise unfurnished. We share a big open living room and kitchen, that are attached to a big roof terrace. Also a dish washer and a washing machine are available, so we are fully equipped. 

Station Noord and metro station Melanchtonweg are within a 10-minute walk. You can also reach the vibrant places of Rotterdam city center within 15 minutes by bike. Fortunately, there is also a tram stop around the corner for the rainy days.

Now to us, you will be living together with Paul (25) and Dick (29). Dick is a landscape architect and has recently started his career as such. He is a very active person, morning rows, all out runs and a casual workout here and there always find their ways into his schedule. Paul moved in, in the past summer, to start a PhD in engineering. He is busy during the week with work and training, mostly kickboxing and soccer at the moment. On the weekends both of us enjoy the occasional night out or festival, or spend the day at a Cafe.

We practice a functional but cheerful way of living together. So far we managed to eat together throughout the week at half of the evenings and like to spend the nights watching a series or planing a night out on the weekend. Overall it would be great if you are looking for a social life together with your flatmates as well, since we would like to keep this up and experience your best and worst cooking skills.
