About the place

I am Thom, and I have a room available. It's a super chill house in a prime location in the city—just a 10-minute bike ride from the station and within walking distance of the lively Nieuwe Binnenweg. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The room comes with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and even a balcony.

You can also make use of the other utilities in the house like the washing machine, kitchen an dryer. 

We will have to leave the house soon, but for now, the room is available from April 1st to April 30th.

The rent is €800 per month, but we will adjust it based on the period you rent. We’d love to meet you and discuss the move-in dates and rent details.
