About the place

Because our roommate is moving one room will become available in our house. There are three of us in total and we like to have dinner together and do something fun every now and then. 
Further, Negin is busy graduating and Brenda will start on her graduation after her exchange semester the first half of next year.

We are looking for someone who is already working or is also in the final stages of their studies. 

The flat is new and modern with a beautiful view of the Rotterdam skyline. We also have a large shared roof terrace! Dijkzigt station and Erasmus MC are a 2-minute walk away, the tram stops in front of the door and the Nieuwe Binnenweg is around the corner.  

- Permanent room of 12m2 with private bathroom (930 eu) from January (flexible date by mutual agreement)
