A room on a seperate floor with balcony in a quiet neighbourhood in the far west of Rotterdam, only for women.
Room is fully furnished, with bed, desk, chests, fridge, couch, wifi and locks. Bathroom is on the same floor.
The house has a fully functioning kitchen and laundromat.
Public transport on walking distance: bus, tram, metro and train.
A shed is available to store eg. a bike.
No visitors allowed after 22:00, and no third persons sleeping overnight.
