About the place

I’m subletting a whole apartment level (2 rooms) in 2-level apartment. 
I’m living in a 2-floor apartment and I'm looking for a girl flatmate 💁🏻‍♀️who can rent the upper level. So it’s kind of a studio on its own that you’d rent.
The sublet includes 2 rooms on the upper level:  1 big room (around 15 m2) with a sink and built-in wardrobe with mirrors, and a smaller room ( around 5 m2). Shared areas: spacious kitchen and bathroom, on the lower level (where I live).


About me (future flatmate): I'm 33 y/o, christian with conservative values, thus it'd be improtant for me to have a religious applicant. 🙏🏻

- 💸Price: 900 euros, including utilities

- 🛋️Can be rented unfurnished or semi-furnished (with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe)
- 💰Deposit: 1 month's rent
