About the place

Dear house-seeking men,

From March 1st, a room will become available in our quiet but cozy house on the Noordereiland. You will live with two guys aged 25 and 27, both already working. Even though we tend to do our own thing, we enjoy occasionally playing table tennis in the living room (!) or just relaxing on the couch together. That is why we are looking for a sociable guy who is also working or about to finish studying who, like us, has a busy life of his own in and around Rotterdam.

Regarding the room itself and the house:
The room is 12m² in size, and the bed, large closet and possibly desk from the picture can be bought from the previous tenant for a cheap price. The showpiece of our house is the enormous living room, containing two sofas, a beautiful TV, ample space for groups to eat at the dining table, a table tennis table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony. In addition, on the top floor, next to the bedrooms, we have a bathroom with a bubble bath and a laundry room with dryer.
Rotterdam Blaak is a 7-minute bike ride from our house and there is a Jumbo supermarket around the corner. Yet it is extremely quiet to live here on the water, which is unique so close to the center!

All this for €575 per month excluding utilities. On top of this, expect an average of approximately €80 extra for gas/water/electricity/internet.
