When - Starting from 1st of February
Duration - I have an indefinite contract with the landlord and do not intend to move out in the foreseeable future. So I would hope for a long term neighbor as well (>6 months)
Costs - 805€ without utilities + 2 months deposit to landlord 1610€ (annual rent increase happens in June)
Utilities - ~150€ per month on average
For Whom - one young professional, be advised that proof of income is required by landlord

Hi all, I am looking for a new flatmate to sublet one bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment that I have been renting since the middle of 2022. My current flatmate is moving out to live closer to work so the room is free from 1st of February. The flat has two floors (see attached scheme) - on the main floor, there are the kitchen, living room, WC, balcony, and your future bedroom together with another small room that is used for storage.
On the floor above there is the small utility closet for the washing machine, bathroom+WC and my bedroom.

As the flat by contract comes unfurnished we took over the majority of furniture from the previous tenants and split the costs with my neighbor, in order to move in I expect you to take over his part. I do not yet have a definite number, but do not expect it to be above 600-700€. This includes the majority of the shared stuff in common spaces (fridge, TV, washing machine, couch, etc.) as well as the furniture in your room excluding the bed(!). If you read till here please start your PM with the word Bed. Monitors you see in the living room are not shared 😀

For the majority of days, I am working from home so would like to find an easy-going, yet responsible person with whom we would have no financial or common space related issues when sharing this flat between two people. Please contact me with questions you may have + a small relevant introduction about you if you would like to take up the room. Presence in a viewing session will be required to avoid scam related issues, so no renting without a meeting in person!
