Apartment
When you enter the 2020 renovated apartment, you will sense a tranquil atmosphere and will be able to hang your coat in the hallway. When you enter the new kitchen, you will see all kitchenware and equipment, such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and a coffee machine. Everything you need to cook is in place, and there is a balcony connected to the kitchen.


Room
Your room consists of two large rooms, a living room and a bedroom. Your personal living room is spacious with the walls decorated with canvas paintings. It has a large comfortable seating area and a dining table.
Your bedroom is connected to your living room which includes towels and bedding. The rooms come with everything that is needed in order to study or work. The room doors have no locks. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two other tenants.


Cleaning
The room is delivered clean with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle it with care.
It is expected to keep the common areas clean. Also once a month a cleaning service will stop by to take care of extra cleaning in the common areas. 


Neighbors
One of our neighbors likes to play music. As the floors are made of wood, there can be nuisance during your stay.


Location
The apartment is located at Pleinweg in the South of Rotterdam. Across the street there is a small shopping center including two supermarkets (one Aldi). At the end of the Pleinweg the shopping mall ‘Zuidplein’ is located with 160 stores.
The location is easily accessible by public transport, as it is only a 15-minute bike ride away from the city center. And it is 25 minutes away from ‘Erasmus University’.
