About the place

Nice room (10m²) for rent in modern 80m² appartment in beautiful Delfshaven. 
The building was finished in late 2023, so it is very modern with good insulation, floor heating & -cooling, and a large northwest facing balcony. This means we do get 2 hours of sun on the balcony, but otherwise the appartment stays nice and cool in summer. The appartment has the usual appliances like a dishwasher and washing machine, but I also have a robot vacuum cleaner, so your room can be vacuumed and mopped for you. 

Rent is €850 a month, which includes all service costs, taxes and internet.

The appartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is mine. You will get your own room, but the rest of the appartment will be shared between you and me (and my cat Moos!) , which is the living room, kitchen, bathroom and the balcony. We also have a storage room adjacent to the kitchen. There is an indoor bike storage in the building. It is close to the old harbour of Delfhaven, which has many cute bars. Tram and metro are also within walking distance. 

About me: I am Myrthe, I work full time in an installation company in Rotterdam with a very 9-5 rythm. On the weekends I love to bake sourdough, watch a tv-show or do something with friends.  

About Moos - he is a 4 year old cat, he is a very good boy that loves attention. He loves to hang out & cuddle on the couch or the balcony and greets his housemates at the door when they get back home!

I am looking for a working housemate that is 25+, with a monthly income of at least €2.000 as there is an income threshold we need to meet with the landlord, and someone who isn't allergic to cats! A tidy, calm housemate that likes to maybe occasionally have dinner together, a coffee or watch something.
