Dear future tenant!

I’m subletting my room as I will be leaving the country for 6 months. The apartment is on the top 2 floors of a 5-floor building, has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony, and a private room on the 1st floor, and 2 private rooms on the top floor with a washing machine and sink in a little washroom on the 2nd floor. You are free to use the third room as a guest room! The apartment and the rooms are fully furnished, equipped, and ready to move in. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and air fryer. Bathroom includes  toilet, sink, and shower corner. The living room has a couch, dining table, and a TV.

Your room is a cozy roof room on the top floor of the apartment. The room comes with a closet and small storage tower, however more storage is negotiable if needed. There is a double bed, big adjustable table, and an office chair for studying. There are 2 adjustable clothes racks on this floor that you can also use.

You have a view of the main street where there is a market twice a week with fresh fruits and vegetables (right across the street). The apartment itself is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes walking from 2 metro stations (Rijnhaven and Maashaven), 1 minute from a grocery store, and 10 minutes from a local shopping street for daily shopping. For gym goers, there is a local budget gym 15 minutes walking away. With public transport, you can reach the center in 15 minutes from the doorstep and Erasmus University in 30-40 minutes.

You will be sharing the apartment with another young male tenant. Move out date at the end of January is flexible (1-2 weeks flexibility) and so is the move in date (1 week flexibility).
