One room (12m2) is available for an international student. 
It is a 4 rooms apartment for 4 students, with shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet. The house contains: Washing machine / Dryer / Dishwasher / Cooker / Hood / Fridge-Freezer / Microwave / Oven / Internet(WiFi). 
The room contains a bed (90x200), mattress, desk, chairs, wardrobe, bookcase. 
It is available from 16 August. The contract is 1 year (possible to extend). 
The house is located in a safe shopping area. All kinds shops/supermarkets are direct downstairs. 
Registration is possible. 
All costs, energy/internet/city taxes, are included (with energy in normal usage). 
No pet, No smoke in the house, not for party animal.
