Looking for a one-of-a-kind living experience? Our fully furnished Cube House rooms in the heart of Rotterdam offer a modern, stylish and unique place to call home! Designed by architect Piet Blom and famous in Rotterdam and far beyond, this architectural masterpiece is the ideal home for expats, young professionals, students or design lovers! Good news, we have new rooms available per mid June and July!
You will have a private room (with lock) of about 25m2 where you have your bed and workplace with desk. You will have access to the whole Cube House of about 100m2 with modern and stylish living room and kitchen, just like your two other housemates who want to have that special living experience too. You also share the bathroom and kitchen with your two housemates.

Highlights and rental conditions:

• Private room with lock in 3-room Cube House with shared entrance, bathroom and kitchen; 2 housemates, usually a mix of nationalities (international students and expats)
• € 1495 per month (price is for 1 person, 1 room)
• Fully furnished and all-inclusive (includes gas/water/electricity and Wifi, plus all local taxes, no additional costs). Your room is equipped with desk and chair, double bed and closet space.
• Contract: availability per mid June/July, contact us for exact start dates, duration at least until 31st of August with possibility to extend. Preferred contract duration 6-12 months.
• Deposit: 1 month rent
• 1 person per room, not suitable for sharing
• Very suitable for expats and students!
• No pets
