About the place

Room available for 6 month sublet beginning end August (21st onwards), in 3 person shared flat.  I am working abroad temporarily and am looking a relaxed, tidy and friendly person who is interested in subletting my room.  

The flat is shared with two other housemates, male and female.  We have busy lives, with our work and creative projects, and enjoy cooking and spending time together in the evenings when free. The apartment just around the corner from Kralingen Plas, and a 10 minute cycle from the city centre. 

Ideally we would like someone who is over 24, but if you think you would be a good fit, please get in touch anyways!
