Room for sublet from June to early September Starting June 1st, a friend and I (both 23) are moving to Rotterdam together. We’re looking for someone to sublet a room from June to early September. There’s a possibility to extend the sublet until mid-November. The house is located in the beautiful Kralingen-West area on the Oude Dijk. The room is 8m² and has a small balcony. Rent is €675 excluding utilities. Since we’re getting a new lease, the utility costs are still unknown. The room is not furnished. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and very spacious.
