About the place

I’m going on an exchange for the later half of the year so I have a vacant room that is available for subrent from July to December. You will live with two other housemates, sharing a bathroom and a kitchen, during the time being. 

Rent is €600/month (excl.), 
Below is some information about the room:
- 5 mins on bike to Erasmus University and 7 mins on bike to Blaak
- Tram 7, heading to Erasmus University, station is right at your doorstep and Gerdesiaweg metro is 5 mins walk away
- Next to Abert Heijn, 2 mins bike to Aldi, Hema and 5 mins to Lidl   
- Have a lovely park nearby as well as a Basic Fit gym 2 mins walk away
