I’m moving out earlier and looking for a new tenant for my room! Has to be an international student (proof of enrolment and financial means are necessary). Looking for someone clean and quiet. 

💸610€ per month all inclusive (+ the deposit which is 2 months rent so 1200€)
📍Prinsenlaan/Alexander area 

📆from May 1 until August 1 PLUS ‼️the extension for one more year is possible (so August 2025-August 2026). I have to move out earlier that’s why 

🏡The room is 10m2, the apartment has shared kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. There are three more guys living here
🌿Super nice area, all the shops are literally downstairs plus Friday market! The house is quiet and clean! 🫧
📄The registration is possible!
