About the place

Room for rent on the Oostzeedijk, less than a 5-minute bike ride from the university and 10 minutes from the city center. I’ll be living here with a friend; we’re both first-year students. We’re looking for a third housemate who enjoys a sociable atmosphere—we like to have fun and will often enjoy a drink together. The apartment isn’t a typical student house, so we’re looking for someone who can keep things reasonably tidy.

The apartment is currently undergoing a full renovation, including a new kitchen and bathroom. The room will be available starting in January and is guaranteed until September 2025.

Due to the renovations, there aren’t any photos of the finished room yet, but I’ve included a picture of its current state to give you an idea of the space. As you can see on the floor plan, the room also has a reasonably large balcony. Additionally, there’s a storage space downstairs that can be used to store items like bikes, furniture, and so on.
