The apartment has 3 separate rooms in total.
Double floor. It is on the first floor and third floor. 
The room regarding is on the first floor. This is a large bright room 23m2, with a fantastic view over the river Maas and the Rotterdam skyline. 
The other 2 tenants are international students.
This is a safe and quiet place to complete your studies successfully. My tenants can confirm this.
It is located in the most desirable residential area of the city. The university is less than one kilometer distance away. All metropolitan facilities are within easy reach such as shopping streets Lusthofstraat and Oudedijk, but also the Kralingse Bos which is a park and lake within 5 minutes cycling. Public transport and water taxi are within walking distance, the center of Rotterdam is within 10 cycling.  The national roads (A16 / A20) are also easy to reach.
