The River rooms have an unobstructed view of the Maas and consist of 2 rooms: a sitting room(11 m2) and a bedroom(8 m2).  See also the Floor plan in attachment. There are a huge bed and wardrobe.

The access to the garden for the River rooms is not through the apartment but you have to walk around the house. 

The garden is used only by the residents of this apartment.

You can always relax in the garden after a busy day or in the weekend. In the garden you have tables and chairs. There is a shed.

It is a very nice neighbourhood. Situated within walking distance to Uni campus shops, banks & supermarkets at 200m.
