Are you looking for a nice place to live in Rotterdam? Then we have fantastic news for you! A room is available immediately on the vibrant Nieuwe Binnenweg in the heart of the city center.

The room itself is on the 3rd floor (via stairs) and is perfectly located: close to the city center and in the cozy Delfshaven area. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with a male student. The room is unfurnished, but the furniture you see in the pictures can be taken over for a good price.

And the surroundings? The Nieuwe Binnenweg is bursting with nice shops, cozy cafes, delicious restaurants, and bakeries. You can easily hop on public transport, with Central Station and metro station Dijkzigt around the corner, plus tram stops nearby. Everything you need on a daily basis, such as supermarkets and medical help, is super easily accessible.
