The room is located on the 2nd floor and is very conveniently located on the Nieuwe Binnenweg in Delfshaven, close to the center of Rotterdam.

You share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with 1 person (female student).

The Nieuwe Binnenweg, known for its many shops, cafes, restaurants and great bakers. You will also find public transport within walking distance, Central Station is close by and Dijkzigt metro station is right around the corner. In addition, the tram stops in front of the door. Of course, all the well-known city conveniences are within easy reach. Just think of several supermarkets and medical facilities in the immediate area. A cup of coffee and cake in the morning, a delicious lunch in the afternoon or a well-organized dinner in the evening, everything can be found on the Nieuwe Binnenweg.
