About the place

A room is available in a cosy ground-floor house near Maashaven metro station. 
I’m looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable roommate who values a respectful and comfortable living environment. I enjoy cultural exchange, learning Dutch together, watching movies, and playing games. At the same time, I fully respect your privacy and personal space. In my free time, I usually watch YouTube, go for walks, hang out with friends, or take short trips.

About the house: 
The house is fully furnished and has all necessary amenities for daily living. It includes a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV and couch, a dining table, and everything you see in the photos. The house has a private entrance, and your room is the first door on the left. The location is calm and convenient, with excellent access to public transport, supermarket, gym, culture center and shopping mall nearby.

About the room :
The room for rent is 12 m2 ,has a king bed , a desk and monitor , mirror and a small couch and wardrobe .
You can rearange the furniture according to your taste ,or if you want to have more space ,i can change the king bed with single bed.

Travel times by public transport:
Beurs station : 7 minutes
Rotterdam Central: 10 minutes 
Blaak: 15 minutes 
The Hague Central: 40 minutes 

Paid parking is available within a 2-minute walk. There is also a large back garden that I plan to improve in spring, hopefully turning it into a relaxing space with plants and a BBQ.
