About the place

This room is available from May 13, 2025 to June 13, 2025. I am renting this room because I am going away to New York for a while to do an exhibition. I am an artist and photographer and would therefore like to rent this space to someone who shares the same interests or is also creative in any kind of way. You're allowed to use all my artist supplies. Since I am going away for a maximum of 1 month, the room will not be delivered empty and I also prefer someone who does not show up with a large moving truck full of furniture.

I also have a cat, she is super sweet if you are willing to take care of her I will give you a 150 euro discount on this room. Furthermore, I will try to move as much of my unnecessary stuff as possible so that you have the space to live here for a while.

I have a super sweet and friendly roommate named Michiel. He works a lot and is therefore not often at home. P.s. this house does not have a living room but the space I rent is big enough to make up for it.
