Hi there! A single, newly renovated and fully furnished bedroom is available in our house from Oct 1st. We highly appreciate privacy and want to preserve peace in our home, therefore, we seek a young professional with good habits. Preference is for a girl.

•Location: 5 minutes walking distance from metro station Slinge, Rotterdam. With the metro it takes 12 minutes to the centre of Rotterdam (direct line).
•In the neighbourhood there are supermarkets: Dirk (3 min. walking distance), Aldi (2 min.), Albert Heijn (7 min.).
•Registration at the address is possible.
•In 10 min. walking distance, there is a long alley for a promenade & morning run.
•Price: €660 (incl. utilities).
•We offer a contract for 6 months with the possibility to extend.
