About the place

Hi there! A single, fully furnished bedroom is available in our house from June 1, 2024. We highly appreciate privacy and want to preserve peace in our home; therefore, we seek a young professional with good habits. 

Shortly about the place: 
•	Location: 5 minutes walking distance from metro station Slinge, Rotterdam. With the metro, it takes 12 minutes to the centre of Rotterdam (direct line). 
•	In the neighbourhood, there are supermarkets: Dirk (3 min. walking distance), Aldi (2 min.), and Albert Heijn (7 min.).
•	Registration at the address is possible for 1 person. 
•	In 10 min. walking distance, there is a long alley for a promenade & morning run. 
•	Price: €670 (including utilities). 
•	We offer a contract for 6 months with the possibility to extend. 

You can preview the house on 25 and 26 May (Saturday & Sunday), from 11 am – 13 o’clock. 

Unfortunately, online previews are not possible as we prefer meeting potential tenants in person.
