About the place

Two bright attic rooms with private bathroom in a quiet, safe and green environment: the Schiebroek district. 

We are a student family (18+). During the day we work, we go to school and in the evening we enjoy the wood stove.

We are looking for a quiet student / student / working (woman) who does not smoke (and has no objection to two dachshunds). We prefer someone who likes a clean and tidy room.

You have a sitting/study room with lots of light and a separate bedroom at your disposal. Also two spacious wardrobes and a private bathroom with a rain shower.

Kitchen and toilet are common.
 
Public transport to the center is 100m away (tram 25). Metro line E (towards The Hague and Rotterdam) is also easily accessible within 5 minutes by bike. There is also a pleasant shopping street at 200m where you will find everything for your daily shopping. You will find a nice park around the corner for a breath of fresh air.
