Both housemates work, so the apartment has a quiet, tidy, and friendly vibe — ideal if you enjoy your own space but also appreciate a nice chat over coffee once in a while. ☕

The location couldn’t be better – everything you need is just around the corner: supermarkets, cafés, bars, shops, metro, train station, and more. You’ll be right in the middle of Rotterdam’s buzz, but still have a peaceful spot to come home to.
